Intervention1: Dexmedetomedine: 2 mcg/kg intranasal dexmedetomedine will be given through atomizer on deep inhalation, 30 minutes prior to procedure Intervention2: Ketamine: 2mg/kg intranasal ketamine

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II patients, age older than 18 years, BMI less than 30 kg/cm2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III & IV patients, history of bronchial asthma, history of allergy to the study drugs
