Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or more diagnosed with psoriasis and on medications for atleast 3 months. Patients prescribed at least one psoriasis related medication topical systemic or biologic at study entry. Patients with psoriasis either as inpatient or as outpatient. Willing and able to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pustular psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis as the primary diagnosis. Pregnant and Lactating females and Children. Patients with cognitive impairments preventing self-reporting or consent
