Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses working at the Endoscopy unit, Operation theatres, and ICUs at ILBS hospital. 2. Nurses who are directly involved in patient care and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are on long leave. 2. Nurses reporting pregnancy or are pregnant. 3. Nurses with musculoskeletal trauma within last one-year, Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. 4. Coronary Artery Disease.

1) To determine the association between health-seeking behaviour & musculoskeletal discomfort among nurses. 2) To determine the association of health-seeking behaviour & musculoskeletal discomfort with the selected socio-professional variables of the nurses.
