Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants in the age group between 15 and 18 years. 2.Participants studying in 10th to 12th standard in school 3. Participants who score more than 90 marks in academic stress questionnaire 4.Participants with no prior experience of Simplified Kundalini Yoga 5.Participants who agree to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants below 14years and above 18 years of age 2.Participants with prior experience of Simplified Kundalini Yoga for more than 1 month 3.Participants with history of any psychological disorder and undertaking medications 4.Participants with active clinical surgery or other major clinically Significant disorder/ disease 5.Those do not give consent form
