Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant must be practicing sprinting for 2-3 days a week. Should be involved in sprinting competitions. Participants with 1-2 years of sprinting experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sprinters involved in High intensity interval training (HIIT). Sprinters who are currently engaged in Pilates training. Inconsistent sprinting history. Any past history of injuries to lower-limb, core, hamstring, ankle, lower-back injuries or hip in 6 months.
