Nordic hamstring curl level 1, 3 to 5 repetitions

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male football players aged between fourteen and twenty one years who are willing to participate. Players with at least one year of training experience. No recent hamstring injuries for a minimum of three months. Regular participation in structured football training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb injuries in the past six months. Players undergoing any other training or rehabilitation. Any recent lower limb surgeries in the past six months. Any diagnosed neurological or cardiovascular condition.

Hamstring flexibility measured by the V sit and reach test and the Active knee extension test. Timepoint: Baseline and 6 weeks
