Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Males and Females (aged between 20 to 40 years) Prolonged sitting individuals ( 6 hrs or more and atleast 4 hrs) Individuals who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Knee or Hip Injuries. Neurological Disorder. Individuals on Medication Affecting Muscular Function.
