Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18 to 40 years old 2. Subject willing to participate in the study 3. Speed Inline skating population 4. Male and female 5. Both the population with shin pain at rest and during skating NPRS 3 to 8 6. Unilateral shin pain with no sensory, motor impairments 7. Tenderness of the posteromedial, posterolateral, anterior, anteromedial, anterolateral borders of tibia 8. One leg hop test negative for shin splint 9. Competitive skating athletes participating interuniversity ,state ,national,international level 10. Practice volume is approximately more than 5 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual with history of any lower limb fractures, spine, bony and ligament injuries lasting within the year before the test 2. Severe pain NPRS 9 to 10 and on pain medications. 3. Pathological condition of bones and spine 4. Single leg hop test positive for tibial stress fracture 5. Any comorbidities like diabetes mellitus, hypertension 6. Any sensory, neurological and motor impairments in lower limb
