Intervention1: Castor oil pack to knee: Patient will under castor oil pack on knee for 30 minutes weekly 3 days for one month. Control Intervention1: Normal routine care.: Patient will undergo normal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with osteoarthritis knee. Patients who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are in regular medication for pain. Allergic to castor oil. Patients who underwent knee surgery. Not willing to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
The visual analogue scale (VAS) and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) are two assessment tools used to evaluate pain and function in individuals with osteoarthritis.Timepoint: Assessment will be evaluated a day before and a day after the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the range of motion measured by goniometry with self-reported quality of life assessments from questionnaires.Timepoint: Assessment will be evaluated a day before & a day after the intervention
