Inclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Patients with respiratory and psychological co-morbidities Patients with locomotors disability Patients with unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction, Congestive cardiac failure, cancer, orthopedic and lung diseases that could impair physical activities in daily life.
