Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum of 6 month of competitive athletic experience. Physically fit and regularly training. No musculoskeletal injuries in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current musculoskeletal injuries. Recent surgery on lower limbs within the past year. Use of medications affecting muscle function. Known allergies to kinesiology tape or adhesives.
