Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects of Age between 18 to 30 years will be included in the study Participant who spend 2 hours or more daily on social media scrolling Volunteer willing to participate in the trial with signed consent. Undertaking to maintain privacy and ethics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals below the age of 18 years and above the age of 30 years. Individuals with less than 2 hour of social media usage Volunteer not willing to participate in the trial. Individuals with known Psychological disorders and history of substance abuse.
