Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women diagnosed with GDM according to IADPSG criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing diabetes mellitus (Type 1 or Type 2) Medical conditions (hypertension, renal disease, thyroid disorders, epilepsy) Chronic or Acute Infections Use of medications known to affect glucose metabolism, like Insulin, Anti-diabetic medications, and hypolipidemic medications.
