Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Football players aged 18 years to 25 years old. Football players taking training session for not less than 2 days a week since 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous muscle injury for period of 6 weeks, fractures ,post surgical condition and neurological pathology Participants undergoing rehabilitation Participants following anyother kind of strengthening programme other than training
