Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with head and neck cancer Age 18-65yrs Both male and female ASA 1-3 Anticipated Difficult airway

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refused to participate Hemodynamically unstable pts Large swelling infront of neck or obstructing larynx With coagulopathy Cardiac conduction defect Psychiatry disorder H/O allergy to study drug
