Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: people who are willing to participate Subjects who can practice Jalandhara, Uddiyana and Moola bandha separately

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with acute illness, Systemic illness, athletes, any other physical practices, endocrinal or metabolic disorders or gastrointestinal disorders . Participants who are currently under any medications. Participants with history of lactose intolerance, stroke or spinal cord injuries. Participants with recent surgeries.
