Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range between 18-30 years. 2. Sustained injury during calisthenics training. 3. Individuals who will complete the survey. 4. Individuals practicing calisthenics for a minimum of 6 months 5. Who performed exercises at least three to four times per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Individuals unwilling to participate in the survey. 7. Injuries not associated with calisthenics. 8. Pregnancy 9. Pre-existing inflammatory/ infective/ metabolic conditions. (RA, OA, TB of joints etc)
