Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient requiring removal of bilateral mandibular third molars with Pederson difficulty index greater than 6 2. Patients in the age group above 18 years 3. ASA-1,2 category

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with existing medical conditions 2. Immunocompromised patient 3. ASA- 3,4,5 and 6 categories
