Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Ayurvedic Medical Professionals. 2. Age between 30 to 45 years will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals below the age of 30 years and above the age of 45 years. 2. Volunteer not willing to participate in the trial.
