Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18- 60 years with non-specific low back pain more than 3 on a scale of 0 to 10 with difficulty in bending forward.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with acute pain which is very irritable, radiating pain, spinal tumors, spinal deformities, history of previous trauma or surgeries and any diagnosed low back pain condition will be excluded.
