Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of vataja panduroga as per classical text and vis- -vis Iron deficiency anemia in modern science. 2. Patients aged between 18 to 60years. 3. Patients of either gender. 4. Hb% ranging from ( in men 7-13gm/dl and in women 7-12 gm/dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having Systemic and Infectious Diseses. 2. pregnant and lactating mother. 3. patient with Genetic ,Congenital,Acute blood loss,Hemolytic disorders and Aplastic Anemia, 4. Hb% Level below 7gm/dl.
