Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with age 18 to 45 2) Individual with BMI more than 25kg/m2 to 39.9kg/m2 3) Individual willing to participate 4) waist hip ratio for women more than 0.85cm and men 0.90cm 5) Both gender male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with recent injuries or trauma. 2) Individuals with known case of cardiovascular/respiratory/ musculoskeletal diseases and disorders. 3) Individuals suffering from psychological diseases/disorders. 4) Individuals with addictions 5) Individuals who are engaged in any type of physical activity for at least 3 days in a week since 1 month.
