Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Dysmenorrhea,Chronic Pelvic Pain, Dyspareunia, Abnormal/Irregular uterine bleeding, Genitourinary symptoms, Gastrointestinal symptoms, Premenstrual dysphoric disorder, acne, Insomnia,Fatigue,headache.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy & lactating women,History of suspicion of hormone dependent tumor, Bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
