Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 21-40 years from both genders KOH mount diagnosed cases of scabies Willing to sign informed consent form and follow the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants aged less than 21 and more than 40 years Pregnant and lactating women Patients with immunodeficiency or severe systemic disease or with heavily crusted or nodular lesions Secondary skin infection, eczematous and coexisting dermatological disease that could interfere with the diagnosis and subsequent monitoring Use of antiscabietic and topical steroid in the previous four weeks or known hypersensitivity to the trial drug
