Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia. 2. ASA physical status I or II. 3. Able to watch cartoons and comprehend instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known allergy or contraindication to dexmedetomidine. 2.Nasal pathology preventing intranasal drug administration. 3.Developmental delay or neurological disorders. 4.Emergency surgeries. 5.Use of sedatives or anxiolytics within 24 hours before surgery.
