Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: NDRF first responders who speak in English Hindi Telugu and Kannada NDRF first responders who have participated at least one rescue operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with severe psychiatric medical or neurological conditions that may interfere with the study will also be excluded Those who are in long term leave or unavailable due to operational commitments will be excluded
