Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Individuals who are unable to hold the test position (retracted position) for at least 15 seconds 2.Age group of 18-25 years 3.Students having right or left hand dominance 4.Participants willing to participate 5. Both male and female undergraduate students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.History of recent upper limb fracture 2.History of Dysgraphia 3.Scapular dyskinesis 4.History of neurological conditions
