Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post menopausal women. 2. Women with 1 year of amenorrhea. 3. Ionic calcium levels less than normal levels 4. Subjects who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with comorbidities 1. Diabetes mellitus 2. Cardiovascular diseases 3. Malabsorption syndrome 4. Thyroidectomy 5. Renal failure Post surgeries (hysterectomy) Liver cirrhosis Alcohol consumption Hyper parathyroidism
