Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community living male and female older adults aged 50 and above. 2. Able to speak, read, understand, and write in English and Hindi. 3. Mini-Mental Score Examination (MMSE) Score should be more than 24 out of 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with physical disabilities, specific medical conditions, pre-existing psychiatric disorders, or recent trauma/injuries such as cardio-pulmonary, orthopedic, and neurological conditions that affect physical performance and/or balance, inability to understand or follow spoken commands. 2. Individuals involved in any professional sports.
