Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age more than 18 years and less than 75 years of age Patients diagnosed with Acute coronary syndrome STEMI or NSTEMI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years or more than 75 years Pregnant women Patients who are moribund and not likely to survive Patient who are intubated and ventilated before arrival in ER Post cardiac arrest patients Patients who are not able to give history Patients who do not continue treatment and leave against medical advice (LAMA)
