Intervention1: Cardio-Kickboxing Training: A 6 week cardio-kickboxing training administered 3 days per week, including warm up , upper and lower limb techniques (taekwondo-based kicks and punches)sync

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular practice 3 days per week(3-6 hrs/week) Taekwondo players with 1 year of training experience. Participants who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnose cases of cardiovascular and neurological conditions Participants with musculoskeletal injuries and underwent upper and lower limb surgery in past 1 year.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
VO2 Max level using the VO2 Master Analyzer.Timepoint: At Baseline and After 6 Week of intervention.

MeasureTime frame
1.Body fat percentage using Bioelectrical Impedance Analyser 2. Reaction time of upper & lower extremity using Blaze Pod systemTimepoint: At Baseline & After 6 Week of intervention.
