Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic healthy subjects Age group - 18- 25 years Gender : Male and Female both Tight hamstring (inability to extend the knee up to terminal 20 of extension with hip stabilized at 90 flexion) bilaterally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current or recent (past 3 months) low back pain (LBP). History of previous hamstring injury, or lower limb pain. Deformity of spine or lower limb, History of trauma at hip, knee, ankle, back which can affect hamstrings. Pregnant females Excessive lumbar lordosis Participation in a hamstring training program within the last three months.
