Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria with or without swelling Patients diagnosed on the basis of classical symptoms of JanuSandhigatavata Patients between 20 to 70 years irrespective of gender will be considered Patients who are fit for Upanaha Sweda

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms of Vatarakta Amavata Patient having history of Amavata Patients having symptoms or being diagnosed as any arthirits other than osteoarthritis Patients with acute traumatic injury to the knees Congenital bony deformity of knee joint
