Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The stakeholders of AEFI surveillance system in the health system constitute the study population. These stakeholders are technical partners which include international organizations, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and private sector entities. Inclusion criteria: The willingness and capacity of stakeholders such as district health authorities (e.g., District Immunization Officer - DIO, Chief Medical Officer - CMO) and personnel representing technical partners to participate and support the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: The authorities of district who are unwilling to participate will be excluded in the study.
