Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-35 years Male and Female athletes Recreational overhead athletes who have played the sport at least 2 to 4 hours per week for the last 6 months Overhead athletes such as volleyball and tennis players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months No prior participation in structured spinal rotation training programs in the past 6 months History of upper and lower extremities or spinal surgery in the past 1 year History of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases.
