Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders within age group of 18-26 years and willing to participate Short distance sprinters (100m and 200m) Sprinters having a minimum of 1 year of experience in sprinters Participants scoring higher percentage (more than 7) on sprint fatigue index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with recent fractures, lower limb injuries and surgeries including metal implants (past 6 months) Any diagnosed case of hypertension, neurological or cardiovascular condition Participants undergoing any other sports specific training.
