Inclusion criteria: Female cases aged from 15-45 yrs Cases satisfying diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes Patient with renal pathology Patients with indwelling catheter Patients with immune suppressive treatment pregnancy
