Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 11 to 15 years Healthy school children of both genders Willingness to participate in the study Those who are able to perform yoga practices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students having any serious physical or mental health issues Those who were under medication that may affect their creative thinking abilities Students who are into yoga practices for a long time (more than 6 month)
