Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject presenting with symptoms of Apabahuka . (b)Subject aged between 18 of to 70 years. (d)Subject able to abduct their hand up to 80degree. (e)Subject who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Subject of shoulder dislocation and fracture. b)Subject with history of HIV,HBsAg, Carcinoma and Tuberculosis. (c) Subject h/o Gouty arthritis, Septic arthritis, Inflammatory arthritis (d)Traumatic injuries to shoulder joint. (e)Subject contraindicated for Snehana procedure.

assessment will be based on improvement in signs and symptoms of apabhuka like pain, Range of movementsTimepoint: For one group 6 days and another group 3 days
