Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 - 30 years Have stable refractive error (Myopia) at least from one year Participant having refractive error range between -0.50 DS to -5.00 DS (Spherical equivalent) Participants agree to consent and are willing to follow the intervention for 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with incomittant strabismus, Nystagmus, Amblyopia History of ocular surgery or ocular trauma Any ocular, systemic or neurological co-morbidity that would confound the visual acuity Media opacity as corneal opacity or lenticular opacity Patients with retinal diseases

MeasureTime frame
Visual acuity by using log-MAR Visual acuity chart: - it will be assessed by using log MAR chart which is standardised test for visual acuity. The patient will be asked to sit at the distance of 4 meter from the test chart and read the optotypes written on the chart. Result will be recorded in decimal format.Timepoint: All these assessment will be performed at the time of registration (Base line) and again after 12 weeks.
