Interventions

Intervention1: Aqua-T-Relax: The subject will be floating on water using floats on thighs and therapist as the support and the water will be of 30 degree celcius. The subject will be closing both eyes
then relax and imagine your feet getting heavier and more relaxed. Leg: focus on the calf and push your feet forward as hard as you can, tension the calf muscle group, and then relax
concentrate on your thighs and pull them as close together as possible, tensing those muscles, and then letting them relax and go back to their position. Hip: try to align your hips, tense the hip and
then relax your muscles in the hips and waist letting them go back to their original state.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-30 years. Professional cricketers from various clubs in Belagavi city. Participants who are willing to participate. Players who have played professional match in past 1 month. Lactate level should be more than 4mmol/L16,. Players who have experience of 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal injuries.(injuries which performance) Neurological impairment faced by patient.(impairments which affect performance) Players who have played match on the day of intervention. Players who have underwent training or match on match day. Subjects with Hydrophobia
