Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Women aged 18 30 Willing to participate with consent Available for 4-week intervention No recent spinal injury or surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Scoliosis or other spinal deformities Neurological or balance disorders Involved in another therapy program Pregnant Severe osteoporosis or manual therapy contraindications
