Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 45-55 years. 2 . Confirmed diagnosis of primary hypertension. (BP greater than 140/90 mmHg). 3. Serum estradiol less than 20pg/ml. 4. Participants who will cover the characteristics symptoms of Glonoine (Nitro-glycerin). 5. Providing written informed consent to take part in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The cases of Malignant Hypertension. (rise in BP more than 180/120mmHg). 2. Participants who will not covers the characteristics symptoms of Glonoine (Nitro-glycerin).3 Secondary hypertension (hypertension due to an underlying condition, such as kidney disease, any kind of cardiovascular events (e.g., myocardial infarction, stroke) within the past 6 months.4. Use of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) within the past 6 weeks. 5. Known allergy or adverse reaction to homeopathic treatments, specifically Glonoine.6. Diagnosed case of unstable mental or physical illness or other uncontrolled systemic illness or life - threatening.7. Infections (e.g., malignancy) affecting quality of life or any vital organ failure.8. Patient taking any homoeopathic medicine or medicine taken from others therapeutic system for her illness since last 6 weeks.

Primary

1.Measurement of serum estradiol level 2. Measurement of forearm blood pressure 3. Measuring Menopausal Rating score.Timepoint: At baseline, and every month, up to 3 months.

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome: 1.Measuring the MENQOL score before treatment. It consists 29 questions and score range 0 to 6 (not at all bothered to extremely bothered).Timepoint: At baseline, and every month, up to 3 months.
