To compare the analgesic efficacy of ultrasound guided Femoral triangle block and adductor canal block for pain relief using the numerical rating score(NRS) at rest in patients undergoing total knee arthroplastyTimepoint: At 2 hours postoperatively

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
NRS at restTimepoint: At 0, 1, 4, 8 and 24 hours;NRS on movementTimepoint: At 24 hours;Time to first rescue analgesiaTimepoint: ;Total analgesic consumption postoperativelyTimepoint: In first 24 hours;Quadriceps muscle strength using Bromage scaleTimepoint: At 24 hours postoperatively
