Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Chronic spontaneous urticaria of age 18 and above after getting informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women History of photosensitivity disorders or claustrophobia

MeasureTime frame
To compare the change in Urticaria Activity Score (UAS7) and Urticaria Control Test (UCT) from baseline between the two groups.Timepoint: To compare the change in Urticaria Activity Score (UAS7) and Urticaria Control Test (UCT) from baseline between the two groups.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess remission rates at 12 weeks. To evaluate quality of life using Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI). To monitor reduction in antihistamine usage. Timepoint: DLQI score at weeks 8 and 12 UAS7 at the end of 12 weeks
