Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elite Kabaddi athletes 18 to 25 years No prior Anterior cruciate Ligament injury in the past 6 months Minimum 2 years of competitive Kabaddi experience Both male and female Athletes who are willing to sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing lower limb injuries that prohibited athletes from sport participation Neuromuscular disorders Inability to participate for the full study duration Athletes with lower extremity reconstructive surgery History of involvement in any anterior cruciate ligament injury exercise prevention program
