Intervention1: Kinesio Taping + Regular Physiotherapy: Kinesio Taping on different sites around the back and abdominal region 3 times a week for 3 months.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. female with regular menstrual cycle 2. Pain level- Moderate to Severe according to NPRS 3. Women with WaLLID Scale is more than 5 points for primary dysmenorrhea. 4. Presence of moderate to excess level of central sensitization by using the Central sensitization Inventory Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Women with an irregular menstrual cycle 2.Post menopausal women 3. History of hysterectomy 4. Any gynecological disease like endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and Poly-cystic ovarian disease 5. Women with pregnancy 6. Post Pregnancy phase till one year ovarian disease
