Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Players had to be regularly engaged in training and regular matchs 2.Only forwarders, mid fielders, defenders are taken for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Goal keepers were excluded from the analysis, (as their training & movement patterns differs to field players) 2.No skin infections in legs and open wound 3.On match injury Recent history of strains, sprains and injury.
