Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 22 - 39 years LBP for more than 3 months Patients willing to participate NPRS scale of mild to moderate LP stability in LPC of larger than 8mmhg Negative Preliminary tests such as Xray findings ASLR ans FABER test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergone spinal surgery Having scoliosis Having spinal neoplasm or metastatic disease (redflag-nocturnal pain) Having progressive neuropathy or lumbosacral neuropathy Having trauma in back Dentist who are pregnant Unstable or severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease
