Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Positive or absolute positive behavior according to Frankl behavior classification (Frankl et al. 1962) 2. Bilateral mandibular hypomineralized second primary molars (diagnostic criteria by Ghanim et al. 2017), with signs of irreversible pulpitis and requiring root canal therapy 3. Children who are not under the effects of analgesics or sedatives 4. Parents will be willing to provide a written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with known allergy to the anesthetic agents used 2. Teeth with non-vital pulp
